Very nice. I’ve been wanting to do a long cook like that. Max I’ve gone is overnight, maybe 10-11 hours on a brisket I did recently which turned out great. Thanks for sharing! LikeLiked by 1 person

We sit at 225 degrees for the whole smoke, spritzing every hour.
